A Little Bit About Me
Miko and his good friend were rescued from a horrible situation where they will left in a small pen. When he was first rescued, his skin was not as healthy as it is now and he had lost his doggy smile. Like so many animals, Miko is still willing to trust another human. He would love a home where someone can spend plenty of time with him. At approximately 8 months of age, Miko would benefit from some obedience training to help him become all that he can be. He is a handsome boy who is eager to learn and to please the humans in his life. Due to the fact that Miko is still young and not yet learned not to see his kitty friends as something to pester, we would prefer that his forever home not have cats. Current Status: We are accpeting applications on Miko. He is currently in a foster home with another dog. His foster mom is able to take the dogs to work so Miko does not have to spend much time alone. The ideal home would be one where Miko could have a doggy buddy and someone home during the day or able to take Miko to work with them. Young dogs left alone day in and day out are apt to develop bad behaviours based on boredom.
