How the program works:
A lost dog is reported to the Urban Dog Guide along with a brief descprition and a picture of the dog.
This information is then forwarded out to members of the Lost Dog Alert Program.
Once the dog is found an email will be sent out to members of the Lost Dog Progam- notifing you of the dog's safe return.
